Dill Vinaigrette

 

 

The photo shows the Dill Vinaigrette on Grilled Carrots and Spinach with Dill Vinaigrette.  Of course, you can use it on a green salad, potato salad, or any other dish!  Barb L.

 

Serves: 4-8

Yield: About ½ cup

Ingredients:

¼ cup FlyingOlive Herbes de Provence, Roasted Walnut Oil, or Chipotle (for a little spiciness) Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Tbsp Flying Olive Honey Ginger or Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

½ tsp Dijon mustard (such as Grey Poupon regular or Country Dijon)

1 clove garlic, minced very fine

1-2 Tbsp fresh, minced chives

2 Tbsp fresh, minced dill or 2 tsp dried dill

Directions:

Whisk or shake in a jar with a lid all of the ingredients. Chill any remaining vinaigrette. This is delicious over the Grilled Carrot and Spinach Salad.
