Black Cherry Balsamic Ice Cream Sauce

 

 Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 (10-12 oz) jar black cherry or red cherry preserves

½ cup dry red wine

¼ cup Flying Olive’s Black Cherry balsamic vinegar

Directions:

Mix preserves, wine, and Flying Olive’s Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar together and reduce as directed above. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half, approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Pour over ice cream.
