Flying Olive's Spring Salad

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

1 large head Romaine lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces

1 fresh grapefruit, peeled and cut into bite size pieces

½ cup dried cranberries

2 tablespoons Flying Olive's Herbs De Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons Flying Olive's Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation:

In a large salad bowl, place lettuce, grapefruit and cranberries

Whisk together Flying Olive's Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar and Flying Olive's Herbs De Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil and drizzle over the salad.

Toss and serve.
