Lavender Herb Vinaigrette

Makes about ½ cup

Ingredients:

¼ cup Flying Olive Herbs de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil

¼ cup Flying Olive Lavender Balsamic Vinegar

1 clove garlic, finely minced

½ tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp honey

Greens of your choice

Sliced toasted almonds

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a small glass jar and shake well or mix with a whisk.  Serve on greens of your choice topped with sliced toasted almonds.
