Varitions of Dipping Oils Similar to Bravo Cucina

#1 Ingredients:
1/2 c. Flying Olive's Single Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil (We suggest a milder EVOO such as Cobrancosa, Galega, Hojiblanca, Koroneiki)
2 tsps. sun-dried tomato paste
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/4 tsp. very finely minced garlic or garlic powder
salt (optional)
freshly ground black pepper
Crusty bread for dipping, or bread of your choice
Directions:
Whisk sun-dried tomato paste and oil in a bowl. Add basil, thyme and rosemary crushing them very finely with your fingers.  Whisk.  Add garlic and salt and pepper.  If possible, let it sit at room temperature to blend for a couple hours before using.


#2 Ingredients:
¼ c. Flying Olive's Single Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil (We suggest a milder EVOO such as Cobrancosa, Galega, Hojiblanca, Koreneiki)
½ tsp. sun dried tomato paste
1/8 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp. dried rosemary
1/8 tsp. finely minced garlic
1 pinch salt (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper
Crusty bread for dipping, or bread of your choice
Directions:
Pour Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a bowl and add sun-dried tomato paste. Pour basil, thyme, rosemary into the palm of your hand and roll them between your thumb and fingers to crush.  Add the garlic, salt, and pepper.  Using a fork, stir/mix the spices into the oil.  Allow to sit at room temperature for about 4 hours for the flavors to start to blend.
