Chef Sheila's Flavored Popcorn

Sheila likes to use Amish ladyfinger popcorn.  The popcorn kernels are small and the flavor of your choice of Flying Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil is much more intense.  As everyone has a different method of popping corn, there are many ways of coming up with the end product, a few are mentioned here.

Ingredients:

Popcorn

Flying Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Choice such as Mandarin Orange, Tuscan Herb, or Butter

Popcorn or kosher salt.

Directions:

Prepare popcorn according to directions.

If your popper requires oil to pop the corn, use the Flying Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil of your choice.

If using microwave popcorn in a bag, open the bag when done popping—be careful, it's HOT!  And drizzle into the bag. Shake to coat and serve.

Another idea: Pop corn, place on a cookie sheet and drizzle Flying Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil of choice over the popped corn. Stir.  Serve.
