Strawberry Spinach Salad with Creamy Cranberry Pear Dressing

Yield: about ½ cup of dressing

Ingredients:

For dressing:

½ cup Strawberry Yogurt

2 tsp Flying Olive Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tbsp Strawberry Jelly or preserves (mash the preserves if the strawberries are in big chunks)

1 tsp poppy seeds

For salads:

4-6 cups baby spinach, washed well and dried

4-6 strawberries, hulled and sliced

Slivered almonds

Directions:

Whisk together dressing ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to put salads together.

Divided spinach among 4 salad plates. Divide and place strawberries on top of each salad. Sprinkle each salad with almonds. Add dressing or pass for everyone to add their own.

Serve.
