Blackberry Ginger & Persian Lime Vinaigrette

 

Yield: About ½ cup

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp Flying Olive Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

4 Tbsp Flying Olive Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp lime zest

1 tsp grated or minced fresh ginger

1 tsp, more if desired, Blackberry Jam (I use sugar free)

½ tsp Dijon mustard

Directions:

Mix together all the ingredients. Whisk together or shake in a small glass jar. Delicious on a fresh green salad!
