Flavors of Provence: Orange and Lavender Vinaigrette

 

The region of Provence, France, is home to fields of lavender and groves of oranges and olives.  Classic flavors for you to enjoy!

 

Yield: About ¼ cup

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Flying Olive Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Flying Olive Lavender Balsamic Vinegar

½-1 tsp Dijon mustard (start with ½ tsp and add more to taste)

½-1 tsp honey (start with ½ tsp and add more to taste)

Salt and Pepper to taste

Your favorite greens

Orange segments to garnish, if desired

Toppings such as pecans, almonds, or walnuts, if desired

Directions:

Add the ingredients together and whisk. Use on your favorite green salad. Top with orange segments and nuts, if desired.
