Some ideas for the use of Flying Olive's Coconut Balsamic Vinegar:

Sauté shrimp in Persian Lime EVOO, finish with Coconut Balsamic. Seve with caramelized baby carrots cooked in a sauté pan.

Combine with Persian Lime EVOO and use as a coleslaw dressing or on fresh fruit, especially pineapple. Combine with Garlic EVOO for great Thai flavoring.

Add to sparkling water for a hint of the tropics.
