This is our newest and very bold Picual Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil from Spain. It has a strong, grassy flavor with lingering green flavors.  Bitter on the front with a butttery, viscous quality.  Notes of green tomato, green olive, green tea, and green peach skin.  Peppery finish. Extra high polyphenols!

Perfect for dipping, baking, aioli, pesto, and making delicious bruschetta.

Try with our 18 Year Traditional or fruity balsamic vinegars for a wonderful dressing.
