Our mild-medium intensity Arbosana is the olive lover's olive oil. Unmistakable ripe olive flavor.  From California, Arbosana is creamy and slightly green.  Notes of artichoke and green almond.

Great when used with bread, meat, pasta, poultry, green salads, seafood, and vegetables.

Vineger pairings include Black Cherry, Fig, Peach, Sicilian Lemon,  Strawberry, and 18 year Traditional but any fruity balsamic goes especially well!

Some ideas for using this product:

Add to rice or couscous when cooking

Saute or use to marinade veggies

Use for bruschetta or pizza, tomatoes, and mozzarella dishes

Use to make popcorn

Drizzle on soup, steak, grilled fish, or steamed veggies

Especially delicious with any of our dark, fruity balsamics for a great vinaigrette
