Flying Olive Olive Wood Smoked EVOO is for people who love grilled food or bacon! Use it  to impart a delicate, rich, smoky, and savory flavor to food.

It complements fish, poultry, steaks, vegetables, pork, roasted potatoes or any recipe where a smoky flavor is desired.

Some ideas for using this oil:  Use in BBQ sauces, brush on meat, fish, and poultry to add delicious grilled flavors. Mix it with one of our regular or flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oils to rub or brush on meat or fish. Add it to mariades, soups, sauces, ribs, baked beans, black eyed peas, potato salad, baked or mashed potatoes, or salmon.


This EVOO pairs especially well with Flying Olive's Neopolitan Herb, Pomegranate, Sicilian Lemon, Strawberry, and Dark Aged Traditional Balsamic Vinegars
