Flying Olive's handcrafted Roasted Walnut Oil is made in Saumur, France. It strictly follows a 150 year old traditional method of slowly roasting the walnuts and then pressing them.

It adds a rich walnut taste to salads, pasta, veggies, grilled meat, seafood, and fresh baked pastries.

Pair it with Wild Blueberry, Black Cherry, Dark Chocolate, Espresso, Cranberry Pear, Grapefruit, Gravenstein Apple, Raspberry, Red Apple, Sicilian Lemon, or Aged Dark Traditional Balsamic Vinegar for a great vinaigrette or marinade

Brush on seafood before sauteing, grilling, or baking.

Tracy K., from Montgomery, OH, has this delicious idea: Toss fresh asparagus or green beans with walnut oil. Add a little shaved onion and put in a grill pan.  When cooked, remove to a platter and add a chopped boiled egg and a little lemon peel or a good squeeze of lemon juice.
