Walnut, Cherry, and Pear Salad

Serves: 4


About 8 cups mixed greens, your choice

2 pears, cored and cut into 1” chunks

¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

¼ cup chopped cherries or dried cranberries

Pepitas, sunflower seeds,cheese, or other toppings

2 Tbsp Flying Olive Roasted Walnut Oil

3 Tbsp Flying Olive Black Cherry, Maple, Red Apple, or Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar

1 tsp honey, more to taste

½ tsp grainy mustard such as Grey Poupon grainy mustard, more to taste

Salt and Pepper to taste


Divide the greens, pears, nuts, cherries and other toppings between 4 plates.

Mix together the Flying Olive Roasted Walnut Oil, Flying Olive Balsamic Vinegar of Choice, honey, mustard, and salt and pepper in a small jar with a lid or small bowl.

Drizzle the vinaigrette on the 4 salads and serve.
