Fresh Fruit and Yogurt with a Balsamic Drizzle

This is so decadent, it’s hard to believe it’s low calorie. Of course, you can use ice cream or cake to indulge! Choose your favorite fruit in season and drizzle with a Flying Olive Balsamic or two to enhance the flavors. Barb L.

Serves: 2


1 cup of yogurt, regular, Greek, or soy

1 cup of fresh fruit such as fresh cherries, strawberries, and blueberries, fruit pitted, de-stemmed, and/or sliced, as needed

1-2 tsp Flying Olive Black Cherry Balsamic, Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Cascadian Wild Raspberry, Blackberry Ginger, Coconut, Pomegranate, Lavender, Cinnamon Pear, Peach, or Balsamic(s) of Choice

1-2 tsp Flying Olive Espresso or Dark Chocolate Balsamic, or Balsamic(s) Combination of Choice

A pinch of sugar or sugar substitute, optional

Fresh mint, lemon or lime zest, if desired, for garnish


Add ½ cup of yogurt to each small dish. Add the fruit mixture. Drizzle on the Flying Olive Balsamic Vinegar(s) of choice. Serve plain or with a sprig of fresh mint, or lemon or lime zest. Serve.
