Thai-Style Chicken Thighs

 

 

Serves: About 6 (1 chicken thigh per person)

Ingredients:

1/3 cup green onions, white and green parts, minced

2 clove garlic, minced

3 Tbsp hoisin sauce

2 Tbsp peanut butter

1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated

1 Tbsp soy suace

1 Tbsp Flying Olive Toasted Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)

¼-1 tsp hot sauce, optional

2 pounds chicken thighs, about 6, skinless with bone in

a2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix together all of the ingredients except the chicken and cilantro.

Arrange the skinless thighs in an oven-proof dish. Spoon the sauce over the chicken.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the thighs are done, 165 degrees F with an instant-read thermometer.

Sprinkle the cilantro over the thighs and serve.
