Coconut Lime Pineapple

Coconut Lime Pineapple

1-20 oz can of pineapple chunks, drained. Reserve liquid.

2 Tablespoons EACH Flying Olive's Coconut Balsamic Vinegar, Flying Olive's Persian Lime EVOO & reserved pineapple juice

Preparation for Marinade:

Whisk ingredients together, place in zip closure bag. Marinate in refrigerator until ready to put skewers together. Thread onto skewers. Grill about 10 minutes.
