Flying Olive's Spring Salad

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

1 large head Romaine lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces

1 fresh grapefruit, peeled and cut into bite size pieces

½ cup dried cranberries

2 Tbsp Flying Olive Herbs De Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Flying Olive Grapefruit, Sicilian Lemon, or Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:

In a large salad bowl, place lettuce, grapefruit and cranberries

Whisk together Flying Olive Balsamic Vinegar of Choice and Flying Olive Herbs De Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil and drizzle over the salad.

Toss and serve.
