Honey Ginger Fruit Salad

 

 

Yield: Makes 8-10 servings.

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp Flying Olive Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbsp Flying Olive Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1-2 tsp honey

½ tsp dried mint’

A pinch of Salts-of-the-Earth Hawaiian Sweet and Salty Sea Salt* or sea salt

¼ tsp dried, ground ginger

2 cups cubed melon of choice such as honeydew, watermelon, or cantaloupe

1 pint strawberries, halved or quartered depending on their size

Directions:

Mix the Flying Olive Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, Flying Olive Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tsp of honey, mint, salt, and ginger Cook time

Mix the Flying Olive Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, thin a small bowl until well blended. Taste and add more honey, if desired

Place the cut fruit in large serving bowl. Add the dressing; toss gently to coat. Cover.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve for flavors to blend. Serve on a lettuce leaf or in small bowls.
