Attention Garlic Lovers! This chicken recipe is right down your alley!  Barb L.

Yield: 4 servings, 1 breast per person

4 bone-in chicken breast halves (about 8 oz each) skin removed

2 Tbsp Flying Olive Basil, Gremolata, or Garlic EVOO or a Combination

1 ½ tsp fresh or ½ tsp dried oregano

1 Tbsp fresh, chopped basil

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

10 cloves garlic, sliced

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the chicken in a 9 x 13” baking dish; set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and brush over the chicken. Sprinkle the garlic over the chicken.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the chicken is golden outside and no longer pink inside, turning occasionally.
