Sesame Orange Vinaigrette

Yield: about 1/2 cup


2/3 cup Flying Olive Grapefruit, Honey Ginger, Sicilian Lemon, or Coconut Balsamic Vinegar, or a Combination

1 – 2 Tbsp sugar

3/4 Tbsp green onions, sliced thinly (whites and light green only)

3/4 tsp chopped cilantro

2 Tbsp Flying Olive Toasted Sesame Oil

2 Tbsp Flying Olive Blood Orange Olive Oil

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper, more to taste

1/4 tsp grated or zested and chopped orange peel

Toasted Sesame Seeds for garnish, if desired


Whisk together all ingredients until blended; taste and add more sugar if necessary. Chill.

Toss with arugula (In the photo, I added a little radicchio for color) or other greens to coat, as desired. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.

Refrigerate any remaining dressing for up to 5 days.
