Citrus and Chive Vinaigrette

This is great on a salad or try it on Green Bean and Radish Saute or other veggies or potatoes for a nice flavor boost! Barb L.

Yield: About 1/4 cup


2 Tbsp Flying Olive Herbs de Provence, Lemon, or a mild-medium Single Varietal of Choice

2 Tbsp Flying Olive White Balsamic Vinegar such asSic Lemon or Grapefruit

1 Tbsp fresh, snipped chives

½ tsp Dijon-style mustard

¼ tsp ground black pepper

1/8 tsp salt

Fresh salad greens of choice


Place all the ingredients in a glass jar with a lid or a bowl. Whisk or shake together. Drizzle vinaigrette over greens of choice. Refrigerate any remaining dressing in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
