Quick Italian Marinade Recipe

Yield: About a 1/2 a cup of marinade


4 Tbsp Flying Olive Cobrançosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil or a mild-medium Flying Olive Single Varietal of your Choice

4 Tbsp Flying Olive Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

1 tsp Italian seasoning such as McCormick Italian Spice Grinder

1 tsp crushed and minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste


Whisk together ingredients until smooth. Use to marinade veggies, chicken, or fish. (For fish, do not marinade more than 10 minutes or the marinade will "cook" the fish). Cook any of these items on an outdoor grill, or in the oven, until veggies are crisp, chicken reaches 165 internally, or fish flakes easily with a fork.
