Hits: 503

Yield: Enough to marinate 4 bone-in pork chops or 2 steaks

¼ cup Flying Olive Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup Flying Olive Espresso Balsamic Vinegar or Dark ChocolatDe Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp chili powder (your choice of type depending on how hot you want your marinade)
½ tsp smoked paprika
A few grinds of freshly ground black pepper
A pinch of Kosher or sea salt
4 bone-in pork chops or 2 steaks

Mix all of the ingredients together, except for the meat, and place in a zip-lock bag.  Add the meat and flip the bag a few times to cover meat. Marinate for at least 2 hours or more in the refrigerator.  When ready to cook meat, heat grill to high.  Drain marinade from meat.  Place on heated grill and sear meat for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Turn down grill and cook until meat reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees, beef to at least 125 degrees.  Take off the grill and let meat rest under aluminum foil for 10 minutes.  Serve.
