No Yolk Caesar Salad Dressing

Yield: About 1/2 cup

½ cup Flying Olive Milanese Gremolata Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Flying Olive EVOO of your choice
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp anchovies (if you don't like or have them, leave them out)
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp fresh garlic, minced
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste (go easy on the salt if you've added the anchovies)
You can also add your own ingredients such as Parmesan or Romano cheese, or a dash of hot sauce.

Measure the Flying Olive EVOO, lemon juice, anchovies, mustard, garlic and Worcestershire sauce into a blender or food processor.  Blend until smooth.  Add salt and pepper to taste. Romaine is a typical Caesar salad component, but a mixture of your favorite greens is even better.  Croutons are always good!

If you have any left over, it can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
