Creamy Tahini Dressing with Lemon and Garlic


2-3 cloves garlic, chopped

ΒΌ cup Flying Olive Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

1/3 cup tahini, stirred well

1 tsp Flying Olive Toasted Sesame Oil

1/3 cup water

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Garnishes: Toasted sesame seeds and feta cheese, optional


Mix all the ingredients, except for garnishes, together in a food processor and mix well. Pour over a mixed-green salad of your choice or as a dip for grilled chicken such as Grilled or Broiled Moroccan Chicken. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and feta cheese if desired.
