Mango Peach Yogurt Dressing

Yield: about ½ cup


1 peeled and chopped Ataulfo mango (they are smaller, oval-shaped, and yellow)

2 tsp Flying Olive Peach or Mango Balsamic

1 container (5 oz) peach mango yogurt (or peach or mango). I used soy yogurt

A pinch of ginger, cinnamon, or nutmeg if desired

Salt and pepper, if desired

Toppings, if desired


Peel and chop the mango and place in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add the Flying Olive Peach Balsamic, and continue blending. If desired, add a little of one of the spices above, and salt and pepper. Serve over a fruit or green salad.
