Tropical Steamed Shrimp


2 Tbsp OLD BAY Seasoning

½ cup Flying Olive Pineapple, Coconut, Grapefruit, Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, or a Combination of Choice

½ cup water

1 pound shrimp, in shells, preferably medium-large size


In a skillet over medium-high heat, combine the first 3 ingredients and stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Add the shrimp and stir gently. Cover and steam until tender, about 3-5 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp. Flip the shrimp over halfway through cooking. Be careful not to overcook!

Remove from the heat. Let the shrimp cool enough to handle. Remove the shells and use in a salad with a little Flying Olive Lemon EVOO, tacos with a drizzle of Pineapple Balsamic, or chilled, dipped in a little catsup with horseradish added.
