Flying Olive Baked White Fish

1 pound white fish like cod or halibut cut into 4 portions

1 cup ground almonds

1 tbsp. orange juice

1 tsp. honey

1 tsp. each garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley

½ tsp. each salt and freshly ground pepper, or to taste

3 tsp. Flying Olive's Roasted Almond Oil

Place almonds in a food processor and grind into a coarse meal.  Be careful not to turn them into a paste.  Mix in orange juice, honey, spices, and almond oil.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Press each side of the fish into the coating, place it on an oiled baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minute.  Switch oven to broil.  Broil 2-3 minutes until top is golden or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
