Robin's Veggie Salad


½ cup Flying Olive Serrano Honey Specialty Vinegar

2-3 Tbsp Flying Olive Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil

6-7 Roma tomatoes chopped

½ English cucumber, chopped

½ yellow bell pepper, chopped

1 Tbsp chopped parsley or ½ Tbsp dried

5-6 basil leaves, shredded


Mix the Flying Olive Serrano Honey Vinegar and Flying Olive Persian Lime EVOO in a cup.  Chop up the veggies and place in a large bowl.  Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss to coat.  Add the chopped parsley and basil leaves, mix.  Refrigeration makes the flavors blend and gives it an almost sweet and sour flavor.
