Garlic and Sesame Green Beans

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Flying Olive Toasted Sesame Oil

1 ½ Tbsp low sodium soy sauce

1 pound trimmed green beans

6 sliced garlic cloves

1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

Preheat the broiler to high with the oven rack moved to the highest position.

Combine the Flying Olive Toasted Sesame Oil and the soy sauce in a medium bowl. Add the green beans and toss to coat.

Cover a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spread the green beans in a single layer. Add the garlic cloves and toss everything together.

Broil for 5 minutes or until the beans are slightly charred, stirring occasionally.

Place the bean mixture on a platter and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
