Flying Olive's 4 de Mayo Smoky & Spicy Lime Grilled Corn

8 ears fresh sweet corn

¼ cup Flying Olive's Persian Lime EVOO

¼ cup Flying Olive's Chipotle EVOO

2 tsp kosher salt

2 Tbsps chili powder

2 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite seasoning or similar seasonings

2 tsp fresh lime juice

Fresh ground pepper to taste


Preheat grill to medium high. Husk the corn.

In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients.  Brush ears lightly with the mixture. Place corn on the grill, turning after about 2-3 minutes when it becomes slightly charded.  Grill corn until cooked through, about 5 mins. When corn is done, remove from grill and serve.
