Paprika Dusted Potatoes

Serves: 4


4 large russet potatoes, unpeeled and cut into 1 ½”-2” chunks

¼ cup Flying Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Choice, Suggestions: Chipotle, Garlic, Tuscan Herb, Herbs de Provence, Thyme, a Single Varietal of Choice, or a Combination (We like ½ Chipotle and ½ Garlic)

½ tsp Kosher salt

½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 ½ Tbsp paprika


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Cut the potatoes and place on a cookie sheet with sides (a jelly roll pan). Add the Flying Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Choice or Combination. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and the paprika. Mix well.

Place in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Halfway through, use a spatula to flip the potatoes ove. This will help them get crispy on both sides. Serve.
