Extra Virgin Olive Oils that pair especially well with Pomegranate Balsamic are Baklouti Green Chili, Basil, Blood Orange, Cayenne Red Chili, Chipotle,Cilantro and Roasted Onion, Harissa, Lemon, Persian Lime,  Olive Wood Smoked, Sesame, or any Flying Olive Single Varietal Extra Virgin EVOO's.

Some ideas for using this product:

Combine with Flying Olive's Persian Lime, Lemon, or Basil EVOO and  serve over salad greens and top with nuts, feta cheese, and caramelized red onions

Mix with Lemon, Lime, or Blood Orange for a delicious green salad dressing

Combine with Basil EVOO to marinate lamb or duck

Reduce in a saucepan, and then drizzle over strawberries or other fruit
