Flying Olive's Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar is sharp; infused with the bright, earthy flavor of oregano  It is perfect for a Greek vinaigrette or Mediterranean dishes.  This vinegar is also great on meat, pasta, poultry, seafood, salad, soup, and vegetables.

Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar is extremely versatile.  Try it with any of the following Flying Olive oils: any single varietal, Baklouti Green Chili, Basil, Blood Orange, Cayenne Red Chili, Chipotle, Cilantro & Roasted Onion, Garlic, Gremolata, Harissa, Herbs de Provence, Eureka Lemon, Persian Lime, Wild Mushroom and Sage, Rosemary, or Tuscan Herb. 

Some ideas for the use of this product:

Combine with Basil or Blood Orange EVOO, then drizzle on a Caprese Salad.

Combine with Basil, Garlic, or Tuscan Herb EVOO and drizzle over pasta.

Mix with a savory EVOO, and a little salt and pepper for a savory bruschetta.
