Flying Olive's Ultra Premium, Extra Dense Denissimo Balsamic Vinegar is made from Trebbiano grape must. It is naturally caramelized and cooked down to an even a greater extent than our other balsamic vinegars. It has a certified density of 1.36.

Aged in 5 casks made from various woods that impart rich, complex flavors of cherry wood, dried fruits, raisins, figs, along with dark chocolate and malt (it has no malt, just the flavor from the grapes).

Serve this amazing balsamic with your finest cheeses, drizzle over melon and berries, use as a finishing glaze for roasted meats, poultry, and grilled veggies.  If you've never tried a really good balsamic on a Caprese salad or ice cream, you are in for a treat.

Denissimo Balsamico is made in Modena, Italy.  It is all natural with no artificial flavors, no added sugar, no caramel color or additional ingredients. Enjoy!

Any recipe for our 18 Year Traditional Balsamic works well for this product. Just keep in mind, that the Denissimo Balsamico is a sweeter, thicker balsamic.
