Koroneiki EVOO has herbal and floral notes with a lingering green taste on the end.  It is a mild Greek varietal grown in Australia.  Slightly buttery taste. An all purpose oil, flavored with a peppery zing at the end.

An all-purpose EVOO, it complements bread, pasta, poultyr, meat, salads, seafood, and veggie

Some of the best Balsamic Vinegar pairings include Cranberry Pear, Grapefruit, Maple, Peach, Sicilian Lemon, and 18 Year Traditional or other Aged Dark Balsamics

Great on pasta or spaghetti with sauce or pesto made from Koroneiki

Excellent on toasted bread when used for bruchetta or when making bread or pizza dough

Perfect when roasting veggies
