Flying Olive's Roasted Walnut Oil is made in the Perigord and Burgundy regions of France.  It is a delicious alternative to olive oil in classic vinaigretts or for dipping fresh bread.  Try it on its own, or mixed with a Flying Olive Balsamic Vinegar.

Pair this delicious oil with Black Cherry, Wild Blueberry, Dark Chocolate, Cranberry Pear, Raspberry, Sicilian Lemon, Maple, or Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Some ideas for using this product:

Brush on seafood before baking, sauteing, or grilling.

Perfect for salad dressings, to flavor goat cheese, fish, and steaks.

Toss with pasta.

Liven up desserts.

Brush halved peaches with a combination of walnut oil and honey before roasting or grilling.

Drizzle on oatmeal or brush on toast.

Use in baking in place of butter or other oils, such as brownies, cakes, muffns.

Mix with Gravenstein Apple or Black Cherry for a great salad or Waldorf salad dressing.
