Basic Dipping Oil (Similar to Carrabba's)



1 teaspoon each of the following 7 dried spices:
Ground black pepper, oregano, rosemary, basil, parsley, granulated garlic, kosher salt (optional)

1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic.

Add to ½ cup of Flying Olive's Cobrancosa or Galega EVOO (or any mild-medium Flying Olive EVOO of choice).  Let sit for about 20-30 minutes.  Serve.

Note:  Mix the spices together without the garlic and EVOO and store in a jar.  When needed, add the minced garlic and EVOO.
