¼ cup Flying Olive Aged Balsamic Vinegar such as 18 Year Traditional or Denissimo
¼ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp Flying Olive Neapolitan Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup Flying Olive Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Smoked Olive Oil. Rosemary, or a Combination
2 cloves garlic, smashed and roughly chopped
1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
¼ tsp black pepper
2 lbs (approximately) London Broil beef
Mix together the first 7 ingredients, through the black pepper. Score the London Broil on both sides in a diamond pattern. Add the beef to a zip-lock bag and pour on the marinade. Flip the bag a few times, massaging in the marinade.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 2-24 hours. The longer it marinates, the more tender and flavorful it becomes. Flip the bag several times, if possible.
Preheat the oven broiler or grill. Remove the meat from the marinade and discard the marinade. Cook or grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness and level of doneness you desire. Place on a platter and let the meat sit under a loose foil tent for 10 minutes.
Slice on a cutting board across the grain and serve.
