Serves: 7-15, unless your family is like ours and the plate empties almost immediately
7-8 small strawberries, hulled and cut in half top to bottom
45 small blueberries
5 Tbsp whipped cream or frozen non-dairy topping
15 small mint leaves
5 Tbsp Flying Olive Aged Dark Traditional or Fig Balsamic
Prepare the fruit. Place a half a strawberry in each fillo cup, add 3 small blueberries. Add a mint leaf on the side. Add 1 tsp of cream or non-dairy topping on top of the fruit. Set everything aside until just before serving.
When ready, drizzle about 1 tsp of Flying Olive Balsamic of Choice over each fillo cup. Serve.
