Peaches Marinated in Balsamic and Thyme

Serves: 2


1 Tbsp Flying Olive Peach Balsamic Vinegar

2 tsp brown sugar

¾ tsp freshly chopped thyme and a sprigs for garnish, if desired, divided

Pinch of salt

1 medium peach, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1 cup plain yogurt or vanilla ice cream


Combine the Flying Olive Peach Balsamic Vinegar, brown sugar, ½ tsp thyme, and salt in a medium dish. Add the chopped peach, coating the peach with the marinade. Set aside and let marinate for 20 minutes.

When ready to serve, add ½ cup of yogurt or vanilla ice cream to a dish. Spoon on the peaches, sprinkle with the remaining chopped thyme, add a thyme sprig for ganish and enjoy!
