Yield: About ½ cup
¼ cup Flying Olive Herbs de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup Flying Olive Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
2 fat cloves of garlic, smashed and minced
1 Tbsp honey or other sweetener
1 ½ tsp Herbs de Provence seasoning blend
¼ tsp each freshly ground black pepper and sea salt
½ tsp Dijon mustard
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk or in a glass jar and shake together. Let sit for 30 minutes for the herbs to soften up and the flavors diffuse.
Use on a salad of mixed greens such as red leaf, endive, frisee, and/or arugula. Add your favorite toppings. Serve.
