Yield: About 1/3 cup
2 Tbsp Flying Olive Lime, Cilantro & Roasted Onion, or Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ -1 tsp Flying Olive Chipotle, Harissa, or Cayenne Red Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil, optional
2 Tbsp minced cilantro leaves
1 Tbsp honey, more to taste
2 tsp lime zest (zest lime first, then squeeze for juice)
2-3 Tbsp lime juice (from lime or limes above)
1/8 tsp salt
Directions:
Whisk or shake in a jar with a lid all the ingredients above. Add more honey as desired. Serve over your favorite greens.
