Yield: 2 salads
4-5 Radishes, sliced thin
¼ English Cucumber, sliced thin
A few slices of red onion, cut into strips
1 Tbsp Flying Olive Sicilian Lemon or Honey Ginger Balsamic
1 Tbsp Flying Olive Sesame Oil
¼ tsp dried ginger
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Toasted sesame seeds
Prepare the radishes, cucumber, and onion slices.
Whisk together the Flying Olive Sicilian Lemon or Honey Ginger Balsamic, Flying Olive Sesame Oil, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Arrange the cucumber and radish slices on a plate. Sprinkle on the red onion pieces. Just before serving, add the dressing. Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve.
