2 Tbsp Flying Olive Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Flying Olive Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar
?-1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
? tsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
About 4 cups of red leaf or greens of your choice, torn into pieces
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
? cup pomegranate seeds
? cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
? cup feta cheese
Whisk in a bowl or shake in a small jar the Flying Olive Blood Orange Olive Oil, Black Mission Fig Balsamic, Dijon mustard, and honey. Taste on a lettuce leave and add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Divide the following ingredients among 4 plates. The lettuce, 3-4 orange slices per plate, the pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, and pine nuts. Drizzle with the dressing.
